I will never act as a villain – Upendra

Upendra who made his debut in Tamil films with 'Satyam' has categorically said that he has no intentions of playing villain in any language. The actor whose performance in 'Satyam' was widely appreciated celebrated his 40th birthday along with his fans recently.

When asked about his current projects, the actor said that he is playing hero in a Kannada film called 'Dubai Babu'. Another film 'Budhivandha' has been completed and is awaiting release.

Upendra was also happy to note that before 'Satyam' was released, many thought that he was the villain in the film. After the film got released, it was clear that he was the real hero.
